I'm Elaine, and I'm a ux designer. Building things that makes people happy drives me. I strive to design tangible experiences that put people first and makes their lives simpler, easier and delightful.

Intuitive by nature, my training in design and street photography has inclined me into building design solutions that are centered around what makes people tick.

People don't always know what they want or need, but when they have a product or service that resonates with them, they'll go out of their way to have those positive interactions again and again.

My job is to observe and understand peoples' underlying desires and true behaviours to shave off  unnecessary processes, products and features

that they think make them look appealing but really are pushing people away.

In a way, a UX designer is mediator between a business and its users they try to hear both sides of the story and come to a conclusion that benefits both parties.
